No, emulating as a Tablet is something that isn’t supported. Maybe another emulator would help?
However, app resizing is supported in WSA as I see.

When Installing Windows Subsystem for Android, it emulates a Android Phone. Is there a way to make it emulate a Android Tablet?
Reason for this need, is there are some apps that are written for a Tablet, such as apps to view security cameras.
This would allow the 'tablet' version of android to view multiple camera feeds.
