It Boots Up, Then Blue Screens... Then Brings Me To A Startup Repair Screen. I click advanced options and 2 options. Troubleshoot or Shutdown. I click troubleshoot. There Is No Reset Options. Just some. Startup repair just crashes, Command Prompt Only Runs SOME commands, Uninstall updates doesn’t work, UEFI works, System Restore Says I have to Specify Which Installation to restore, and Idk How system image recovery works. I have No Backup Disc/Drive Stick, No Windows Backup Download File, I Try Every Way I Find To Fix It And None Of Them Work and/or Doesent Even Run The Program... Also For Some Reason The Fan Is Always On.

Firstly, unplug any unwanted external devices, including Ethernet Cable. You mentioned boot failed, so could you boot into safe mode ?
If these methods all failed you mentioned, try to use the Windows Media installation (ISO file) to repair. It usually enables repair options. Then you could choose system restore or use BOOTREC command to repair boot files.

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
