Are you able to boot into your PC and see your desktop and use apps?
If yes, see if this works:
Open Windows Security.
Click on Virus & Threat Protection
Scroll down and click on Quick Scan.
Then, make sure all drivers and Windows are up to date.
Go to your PC manufacturer support website and download the latest drivers for your device. But before that, you need t check if your PC manufacturer supplies drivers for preview builds.
Also, go to Windows Updates and download/install all the updates (including optional updates).
Then, perform some checks.
Press Windows+R.
Type cmd. Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter and click on Yes.
In the black window, type chkdsk /f. press enter.
Say Y for anything it asks.
Chkdsk will check for any disk errors and fix them if possible.
Then type sfc /scannow. Press enter.
This will scan for corrupted system files and repair them.
When the scan's done, type mdsched.exe. Press enter.
Click Restart now and check for problems.
Let all the checks finish.
Then, I recommend performing a Memtest. (Optional)
Memtest will scan for RAM errors and show them up.
Go to the following website:
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 and ARM Memory Testing Tool
Click on Download.
Extract the downloaded .zip file and read the README.txt file for instructions to use the tool.
The Memtest might take a long time, so do it when you are free.

However, do watch out for the ads on the website and make sure you do not click on any of them.
