Windows 11 Update CPU OVERLOAD PROBLEM (WINDOWS INSIDER)

With the recent update of Windows 11 my pc is started to get CPU overloads, it fixes if you stop using it for a few minutes but it's quite annoying. Can someone please help?

    Hi.

    When the CPU is in overloaded condition, open Task Manager and look at the Processes tab.

    Find and locate what process is overloading the CPU. The solution comes after you find the guilty process.

    To open Task Manager, right-click Start button on Taskbar and click Task Manager.

    Check in Task Manager, Startup for apps you do not need to be running and disable them.
