SharePoint 2019 patching

Hi Guys,

I found one of our clients with SP 2019 on-prem environment.
They have installed June 2019 patch but the language-independent pack.

Now I am going to apply the latest patch but before that, I was wondering whether I need to apply the language dependent pack of June 2019 patch or not?

As far as I know, we need to apply both language dependent and independent packs.
