Cannot register for Power BI Service License - need access to study for DA 100

Hi I am studying to take the Power BI Exam, (DA-100). I can access the lab environment and Power BI Desktop but i cannot login to Power BI Service. I have tried my personal email address and work email address and nieither will work despite never registering before. This is limiting my abiltiy to go through the modules. Are there other methods?

I am currently going through the visual analytics and creating dashboard part of the labs and it would be better if i could use the original files such as Starter file form Lab 09A as an example.

Looking forward ot any clarification that can be provided.

Please ignore the tag (it was the closest I Could find to being power bi related)

    Power Bi is not currently supported here on QnA. They're actively answering Power Bi questions in dedicated forums here.
