Options missing in Settings App

After the Windows 11 Home Single Language Insider Preview Update (Canary-26252.5000), options such as "Windows Update", "Uninstall Apps", "Advanced Startup", etc. seem to be unavailable or not functioning in the Settings Application.

I have already tried removing the NoSettingsPage key from Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.

Also, I had tried troubleshooting, DISM, SFC/Scannow, CHKDSK, etc. with the help of two Microsoft experts - "Christian David" and "Adam".

But, none of them worked.

If anyone knows, please guide me with the steps to solve the issue.

That option too is not available. I guess, I am going to do a clean install right now.

Do you find Settins / System / Recovery? If that's available then you can try to use Reinstall now to fix your Windows.
