Surface Go device encryption cant be enabled.

Hi,

I'm using a Surface Go (1) wich is now about 1,5 Years old.

After some time, device encryption stopped working. (The option in Settings, not Bitlocker)

It said: "The Device encryption is temporarily paused and will be resumed after reboot." But it isnt.

I've already:

Completely reinstalled Windows.

Recreated the Installation media.

Reset the TPM.

Turned TPM and Secureboot off and on again.

I have multiple devices, its working fine on the other ones. (A SP7 and a Desktop)

I'm currently on Insiderbuild 22463, but I've also tried 21H1. Same problem.

The MS support had no idea what was going on either.

Any other ideas?

end of story, I sent it back to MS and they game me a replacement -
