Bitlocker recovery key

I keep getting this screen when trying to log into my computer and I don't have the recovery key. What can I do?

    Unfortunately if you do not have the recovery key then the drive is lost and the data is the lost (due to the nature way encryption works). You would need to follow the advice at the bottom of that page, heed the warning all apps settings and data is lost;

    "If you still can't get in, you'll need to reset your PC. Learn how."
