Can a member of one MS Teams breakout room see the content of another breakout room?

Hello,

We had 3 breakout rooms which teams members were divided into. They all created content in those breakout rooms.
Is there any way to share that content with everyone when done? Or do they have to go into the breakout room?

What if we want to share all the content and put it together. Or combine 4 breakout room contents into two?

Each breakout room has its own chat, and all of the chats are available in your main Teams chat list. When the breakout room closes, you will still be able to view the chat history and any shared files. Now, you could share the content to others.

The meeting organizer has access to all content of breakout rooms. So, he/ she can put all the contents together and share with you in the main meeting chat.

Hello Sharon!

The user members of the breakout rooms can only see the chat rooms they were in.
They cannot see the others.

Any idea of how the organizer would share all the content from each room? How do I consolidate the chat, the notes, the whiteboards?
There is only this info:
Note: When the breakout room closes, the room chat ends and cannot be continued. However, you'll still be able to view the chat history and any shared files.
So does that mean I have to make everyone a member of each breakout room after?

In fact, the organizer needs to manually share the file from each breakout room to mainly meeting. It is not a simple work.
Adding everyone to each breakout room is indeed a workaround.

Wondering if there is way to allow users to move from breakout room to another...

Sure. But only the organizer could do that. Select attendees who will be moved to another breakout room > Click Assign button > Choose another breakout room. You could refer to the following image:
