I recently upgraded to Windows 11 Insiders Preview and went to safe mode for some reason but i almost can't do anything for this error but when i come back to normal mode this problem is gone. What to do? Can you tell me the way to fix it?

Windows 11 is just too new and there are a lot of hardware compatibility issues. Try running Win11 on a Virtual Machine. And don't forget to revert back to windows 10 on your main computer.
