Hello, I did a clean installation and my problem was solved. Thank you for your interest.

Sorry for the late reply. This will be my last question. Are applications like Fortect or Advanced SystemCare harmful to Windows?

Do you have any 3rd party AntiVirus?

    If you do, uninstall it.

What build are you updating from?

WIN+R and type winver for the build #.

    Power down the PC.

    Delete the C;Windows/SoftwareDistribution/Download folder

    and try the update again.

    More info = more help.
