Office Add-ins not loading and "continue" button greyed out

Office Add-ins not loading message reads "One moment..." and doesn't change. Also, "continue" button greyed out

I have the same issue with all of the other add-ins.

Interestingly, I was able to add one add-in. But now all of them have this issue. It may have something to with a recent update.
