My computer recently has been crashing quite frequently, almost always having the GSOD error. I am on windows insider version 22631.2265. The codes that have been shown to me are "KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED**"** and "UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP". It often occurs when I open applications. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to fix this issue. I get GSOS multiple times per hour, and multiple computer is almost unusable.

    Hello, YJMGC

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

GSOD is very similar to the blue screen issues in the official release of Windows. Have you tried any of these recommendations yet? For instance, attempting Safe Mode or updating drivers?

If the issue continues, proceed with these steps to collect the memory dump files and analyze the reason of the GSOD:

Compared to the stable version of Windows, Windows Insider is more likely to encounter issues that would not normally occur in the stable version, as Windows Insider is designed for testing purposes. If the various issues with Windows Insider are affecting your user experience, you may want to consider reverting to the stable version:
