Hello,SyramusSiu
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
I noticed that you got an error message of 0x80070103 when updating the Windows Feature Experience Pack.
Judging from the name, this should be a feature update for the audio processing driver. Please rest assured that 0x80070103 usually means that the driver version included in the update may have been installed or is lower than the driver version in your current system. You can safely ignore it. If the update prompt always appears to be a bit annoying, you can hide the update in the following way.
Please reset the update cache file first, and then hide the update:
- Search for CMD, find the command prompt, and choose to run in administrator mode
- Enter the following commands in sequence, and press Enter after each line of input net stop bits net stop wuauserv net stop cryptsvc ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old ren %systemroot%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat" net start bits net start wuauserv net start cryptsvc
- Then visit the following page to download the update hidden tool
- Run this tool and select the KB name that no longer needs to be updated according to the prompt.
If you still want to install this update, you can right-click the "Start" icon, select "Device Manager", and then find the driver related to audio processing and uninstall it. We recommend that you wait until the next system update to try to update smoothly. You can reply to me in this thread at any time.
After you refer to the above steps, you can share some information in this thread and I will answer your questions further. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Best Regards,
