I understand that you are facing issues in logging to the computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.
However, please let us know:
- What is the complete error message that you receive?
- Are you aware of any changes made prior to this issue?
One of the things I would suggest you is to try booting the computer in Safe Mode and see if you are able to sign in. To do this, Refer the article Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10.
Note: The above article is for Windows 10 but holds good for Windows 11.
However, since Windows 11 is still under development you might face some issues with certain features or applications. I would appreciate if you can submit a feedback in the Microsoft Feedback Hub this will help us improve the Windows experience.
