Dictation cannot work properly

When I use the dictation function in German, Japanese and Simplified Chinese on my PC, it works perfectly. However, when I switch to English (US), it keeps alerting "Download a Speech package for dictation". The problem is that, I've installed the language support of US English, including the speech package.

So far I've tried to solve the problem by restarting, changing the display language and re-installing language packs, but none of them worked.

I don't know if it is a bug or I didn't configure properly.

Any help would be appreciated!

    What OS build are you on? Hit the Windows key, type winver, hit Enter.

    Or Windows key+r, winver, OK
