i am getting this error message. why? how to fix this error?

    What is the make & Model info of your device?

    Those are all Samsung drivers so I would suggest

    going to Samsung's website to get update drivers.

    Hello Ibrahim,

    Are you running this in a virtual machine? Your device probably cannot use this feature since the toggle is grayed out. Click on "Dismiss" to get rid of the error.
