I am getting an inaccessible boot device error on starting my Asus FA506IH laptoprunning Windows 11 December Windows insider build (can't tell you exact release as can't get into windows) after the battery ran down. I have tried all recovery options and am having no success.

I have bitlocker installed and have used the correct key when asked for and again unable to load the os, I have also tried resetting the laptop and the recovery option works up to a reboot is required and again get an inaccessible boot device error again. I have tried changing the UEFI bios settings and also attempted to recover from an external drive all ending with inaccessible boot device error, tried booting into the command prompt and even trying to use the Asus recovery option on the laptop all to no avail. Is this a likely to be an Asus hardware problem or a Microsoft issue. Some advice would be gratefully appreciated as need to workout who is able to fix the laptop. Ant advice gratefully received!

Sounds like a HD/SSD failure.

If you can't replace it yourself, suggest taking it to a PC repair shop unless is still under warranty.
