Can I merge two Azure Accounts together

Hi. Is there a way to merge 2 Azure accounts together? I have my main account and my second one was only created because I am trying to learn Power BI and I don't in reality need this one.
Is there a way of deleting this second one (under a onmicrosoft email) or merging it into my main account?

    Hi @Shedden Harkess

    You could transfer all your subscriptions to one user using the transferring the subscription option
    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/billing-subscription-transfer/

    To delete second azure account request to open support ticket.
