    Hi Merritt,
    I had the same problem for a long time.
    i also contacted the microdoft support for helping me
    but nothing worked

    but last day i just reseted my pc
    it is now working perfectly alright

    also still i updated to winn 11 with an unsupported hardware
    Plz
    try to reset
    dont forget to backup files to d drive before reset :)
