In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:
- What is the Version and Build of Windows 11 currently installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
- What happen when you open it in InPrivate/Incognito window?
- What is the error that you get while connecting to the VPN?
Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.
Step 1: Run the Network Troubleshooter
Select the Start Menu button, and then select Settings> System > click on Troubleshoot > click on Other Troubleshooters, and click on Network troubleshooter.
Step 2: Check DNS Settings
- Click on Search, type CMD, Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
- In the Command Prompt window, typeipconfig /flushdns
- Press Enter.
I would also suggest you to change the DNS and check if webpages load.
- Press Windows logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
- Type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
- Now, right click on the connection that you are using and click on Properties.
- Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
- Click on Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Step 3: Remove Proxy server.
- Press Windows + R key to open Run command
- Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
- Now select Connection Tab.
- Click on LAN Settings and uncheck the box beside “Use a proxy server for your LAN”
Step 4: Reinstall the driver
- Press Windows + X key and select Device Manager from the context menu.
- Spot and expand the “Network Adapters”.
- Right click on the driver from the list and select “Uninstall devices”
- Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device”
- Restart the PC and install **** the Network driver from the manufacturer website.
Also, check with your IT admin of your organization, if there is any group policy that needs to be edited.
