Windows 11 | Internet connection | VPN error

I've been having some problems with the connection which started around 40 hours ago, and there doesn't seem to be a solution right now.

I am able to connect to the internet but in the browser is showing that there's no access (you're not connected). I'm also unable to use any internet services elsewhere on the computer.

I'm confident that the issue is related to a problem I'm with the company's VPN. Whenever I try to connect, it shows an error and fails.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

    • What is the Version and Build of Windows 11 currently installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What happen when you open it in InPrivate/Incognito window?
    • What is the error that you get while connecting to the VPN?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.

Step 1: Run the Network Troubleshooter

Select the Start Menu button, and then select Settings> System > click on Troubleshoot > click on Other Troubleshooters, and click on Network troubleshooter.

    Step 2: Check DNS Settings

    • Click on Search, type CMD, Run Command Prompt as Administrator.
    • In the Command Prompt window, typeipconfig /flushdns
    • Press Enter.

I would also suggest you to change the DNS and check if webpages load.

    1. Press Windows logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
    2. Type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
    3. Now, right click on the connection that you are using and click on Properties.
    4. Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
    5. Click on Use the following DNS server addresses, and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

    Step 3: Remove Proxy server.

    1. Press Windows + R key to open Run command
    2. Type inetcpl.cpl and click OK
    3. Now select Connection Tab.
    4. Click on LAN Settings and uncheck the box beside “Use a proxy server for your LAN

    Step 4: Reinstall the driver

    1. Press Windows + X key and select Device Manager from the context menu.
    2. Spot and expand the “Network Adapters”.
    3. Right click on the driver from the list and select “Uninstall devices”
    4. Check the box beside “Delete the driver software for this device”
    5. Restart the PC and install **** the Network driver from the manufacturer website.

Also, check with your IT admin of your organization, if there is any group policy that needs to be edited.

Thx u for reply ! But like i said, my issue is in VPN not RD only, connect VPN made me could not use RD to connect any computer in LAN or browse Internet. And like ur suggestion, ive already checked and everything about RD normally. I use VM run Windows server 2019 or Windows 10 in my PC and VPN work perfectly like previous Windows 10, but outside my PC is diffirent ( same VPN config) and that is Windows 11.
