Can't Register with Insider Program

Any one help shed some light on why I can't register for the Insider program?

After selecting the register button, confirming details it has sat spinning for hours.

I've tried different browsers and connections. Same result.

That Direct Link isn't working. Can you please update it?

    Thank you!

Sorry I can't right now, the page isn't responding, maybe later.

I am having this issue as well. Any resolution getting the ARM downloaded through the WIP web? I cannot even register as it just spins like the comment above.

Direct link: Windows 10 Client ARM64 Insider Preview - Build 21354 no longer available

That build is in limbo, pre-Windows 11 and will expire on Oct 31st.

You'd be better off by downloading an ISO of a current build and make your own VHDX. Unofficial/unsupported ISOs can be found at Adguard or UUPdump

All topics related to Windows Insider builds may be discussed in the Windows Insider Program forum. Sometimes users propose workarounds and third-party tools that are not supported or recommended by Microsoft. These topics are permitted for discussion, but Microsoft representatives will not comment on them.

Try changing your time zone or use VPN, not sure it will work, just a wild guess.

This is the Insider site and I am attempting to sign up. It just spins.

Have you gone to the Microsoft Insider web site and read the instructions and signed up as an Insider?
