I've been a member of the insider's club for a while. Today I advanced to the CANARY level for grins. I assume the name comes from "canary in a coal mine" that kicks the bucket when the air in the mine becomes a risk to life. The PC downloaded some changes and rebooted leading to a BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH. There was a QR code on the screen and something about a memory management problem. I tried calling what they call "support" not to get support but to report the problem which they probably are already aware of. The robot that answers the phone ungraciously hung up on me. The BSOD indicates falsely that a reboot will automatically occur. It did not. I manually rebooted. Windows remembered there was a problem and backed the changes out. Back to normal. Always exciting exploring advancements in technology.

2024-09-27T10:37:32+00:00 Hi KrishnaSharma8
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I understand that you have signed up for Insiders but are experiencing “We can't reach the Windows Insider Program right now....” I do understand how you feel!
You have tried some solutions and I commend you for your problem solving skills and thinking!
You tried to upgrade to the insider version in-place by way of the Windows 11 insider image file, at which point we'll skip that step and go straight to the preview.
The steps are:
(1) Start by going to the download Windows 11 page via the link.
The link is: Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
Then scroll down and expand “More Download Options” -> click on “Windows Preview Experience Member Sites”.
Once on the site, you'll need to select the version of Windows 11 Preview you want to upgrade to and download the corresponding ISO image file.
Please note: If you are on the Canary channel, please select the Canary channel image. If you are on the Dev channel, please select the Dev channel image. You need to make sure that it is the image of the corresponding channel!
(2) After the ISO image file is downloaded, double-click it to open and run “setup.exe”.
(3) Under the “Install Windows 11” screen, select “Change how the installer downloads updates”.
(4) Under the “Get Updates, Drivers, and Optional Features” screen, select “Not Now”.
(5) Follow the instructions to continue.
Please note: If you are prompted to enter a key, the ISO image file you downloaded does not match your current system version. (e.g. Professional Edition downloaded the Home Edition image)
(6) In the “Select what to keep” interface, please make sure to select “Keep personal files and applications”, so that the contents of your computer will not be affected or lost.
(7) Start to override the installation of the upgrade.
I sincerely hope that the above solution will solve your problem. Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems or still can't solve them. (Photos related to the question would be great!).
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Best Regards
