I forgot on which version this problem started but I noticed that whenever I open or restart my pc, the app group that is pinned on the start menu works as intended. But, when I click on another set of app group, this will start the problem which is the app group will not expand/open anymore. I found a band aid solution that is end the StartMenuExperienceHost.exe on the Task Manager. However, this will only work when I click one app group and when I click on another group, the problem will start again. Is this problem just on my end, or is this a bug on the OS?
