onedrive visual studio duplicate json file

Question

when im editing a json file with visual studio there are two files in there and one is from onedrive so when i change someting in the json file it doesnt matter and the onedrive file is being used its in an minecraft bedrock editon texture pack so it will say as a name "Vanilla Resource Pack" (sry for my bad english)
