My laptop keep saying there was a problem and it's been going on for two weeks I can't even use it. It says there was a problem it looks like something didn't load correctly restarting might fix the problem if this happens more than once you might also be able to find help by searching online for the specific error code 8007139f. But I tried searching for it and it only shows 0x8007139f not 8007139f I saw one that said 8007139f but that was shorter for 0x8007139f. I tried restarting it but it keeps going back to the screen

    Turn on / off the device 2 or 3 times at the first logo to access repair or reset options.

    There you can try safe mode or startup repair, see if that helps you get back to the desktop.

    This instrucctions apply to Windows 11 as well
