Dear matin,
Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.
May I ask have you tried setting it in Nvidia's Control Panel?
Double-click Nvidia Control Panel in the taskbar - Manage 3D Settings - Select by Program - Edge - High Performance
If this setting is turned on. Please try changing the display driver to the factory version.
Please create a new local account. Retest in a new account.
The method to create a new local account is: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows (microsoft.com)
Or you can refer to this:
- Press Win+R, enter and run netplwiz, which will open the User Account window. Click the "Add" button, choose not to use Microsoft account and create a new local account. After the creation, select the new user name, click Properties, and change the new account to administrator in the group members.
- Open the Start Menu, click on the left avatar to switch accounts, or press Win+L to lock the screen and switch.
If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
