Hello there community!

I recently enrolled for the insider program of windows 11 and I didn't like the experience I got from it, so I have queued it for unenrollment for the next stable version but I have two questions!

  1. Will I keep my files like basically... will my system be the same if i opt out of this insider program after the stable version releases and im opted out of this program? (dumb question but I really need to be sure as I have a lot of important files)
  2. When exactly will the stable release arrive?

Also I'm on the BETA Channel so yeah please guide me according to that.

Thanks in advance!

Hi SyedSaifuddin,

If you upgraded to the current Beta build, this build is newer than the 22H2 Release (recently released)

With the 1 year release cycle Windows 11 has now, this means you will be getting Beta builds (to keep you secure) until 23H2 is released what should be in about a year.

(Unless you go for the clean install option)
