https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/leave-program will hang forever and never says it is successful.

whether this is triggered by settings->leave windows insider program or type the URL in web browser, it's same. It asked me to login, after that is hangs in the URL.

Tried Edge and Chrome. Same thing.

I have repeated multiple times that when I click "settings->leave windows insider program", it directs me to the URL, which hangs and never returns. I type the URL in web browser and it also hangs.

I am a programmer. Could you please focus on this web page hanging issue? How can I resolve this web page hanging issue? I do not see how the questions asked help my particular issues.

My search shows to stop windows update preview from being pushed to my PC, I need to leave windows insider program. But I never enrolled in it. When I click "settings->leave windows insider program", it directs me to the URL, which hangs and never returns.

I decided to enroll in windows insider program, figuring it may give me option to stop windows update preview from being pushed to my PC. It does show such an option. I chose it, after that, I again I click "settings->leave windows insider program", it directs me to the URL, which hangs and never returns.

After rebooting, I found that I am not enrolled in insider program.

I will wait to see if it will push windows update preview to my PC in the future.

Please right click Start, Run and type winver

and tell us exactly what build you're on.

Also check Windows Update, Windows Insider

Program and tell us which Insider Channel

    you're in.

    Also delete the Registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost key.

I just want to leave the program completely.

"whether this leave action is triggered by settings->leave windows insider program or type the mentioned URL in web browser, it's same. It asked me to login, after that is hangs in the URL."

The web page simply hangs and never returns. I was never given any option to choose anything.

I just clicked 'leave insider' from windows "settings->leave windows insider program" which directs me to URL https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/leave-program .

I also typed the URL directly in 3 different browsers, the web page always hang with a blank screen and never show any results.

    background:

I never enrolled in windows insider program, I cleanly reinstalled release version of Win11 (not any preview version) and windows update keeps pushing windows update preview to me. I do not want these.

When I clicked windows "settings->leave windows insider program" which directs me to URL https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/leave-program . It hangs there forever,.

I thought maybe I should try to enroll in 'windows insider' and try "leave windows insider program". After I did it, the same thing is happening. When I clicked windows "settings->leave windows insider program" which directs me to URL https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/leave-program . It hangs there forever,.

Leaving Insider Program and go back to stable released version depend on which insider channel you are and which build is currently instlled?
