please do not try that on a real machine coz if you do so then the computer will get BSOD and it will be unbootable

No it will still be bootable, a BSoD is not harmful, in fact, it is there to potentially save your computer. Also, if it rendered your computer completely unbootable, Microsoft wouldv'e fixed it by now.

And Microsoft fixed this problem, and even I tried in the particular browsers, it showed that the File was not found. It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
Even if I tried this in command prompt [admin], it showed that the element was not found.

It seems a known issue now. Please check the information in the link below.

If the user tries to access the destination on his PC with the browser. The system may get crash.
MS is aware of that.
