empty problem list when installing update

I recently joined the insider program in hopes of using WSL2, but I'm unable to install the latest version of windows preview. When the check for ability to install runs, I get a screen with items that need my attention, but that screen is blank.

I've seen a few blog posts and articles that describe where a log with actual information might be, but there is nothing in the locations I've checked. Any help on figuring out what is stopping the process or where a log might be would be greatly appreciated!

    I see, usually the culprits these days is virtualization software like LDPlayer(which uses Virtualbox under the hood), or sometimes a Linux Live installation. If that helps you get a hint, good.

    In my case, I traced this error down to a Virtualization app I had recently installed (Android Emulator in this case). Seems like VirtualBox and apps based on it are at least one source of this error.

    I had two Android emulators: BlueStacks and LDPlayer. I uninstalled both and was able to progress. Thanks for the tip. It would be nice, however, it the update tool could identify such software and list them as problems.

    I am getting same attention page.

    I have build 19043.1023

    trying to install preview 21390.1 (co_release)

    I have found a few application errors that I'm currently resolving - is there a specific event log I can look for to determine why I see a blank screen.

    Does the *_APPRAISER_HumanReadable.xml help?
