    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that you are unable to join Windows Insider Program on your computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.

We can try changing few registry settings and see if that helps. Refer the steps mentioned below:

**Note:**Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

Refer the article How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

I would also recommend you to create a system restore point.

    1. Press Windows logo key + R to open Run dialog box.
    2. In Run dialog box, type ‘regedit’ and hit Enter.
    3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost
    4. Right click on the WindowsSelfHostand select Delete.
    5. Restart the computer and check.

For additional information, see Meet the Windows Insider Program and Join the Windows Insider Program.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Clark

See if you can register through insider.windows.com/register.

Then go to the settings page and try again.
