    Hello Yaroslav,

You don't show as an Insider. What channel are you currently running, Beta or Dev. You might be facing a known issue:

    • The option to reset your PC under Settings > System > Recovery will not work on this build.

Please read the Blogs for further details.

    Regards,

Hello Yaroslav, Thank you for posting this issue on community forum. If automatic recovery keeps stalling at 34–60% and dumps you back to the main screen, it’s likely stuck or failed mid-process. First, force shut down the PC by holding the power button, then turn it back on. If it loops again, boot into recovery mode manually—power it off and on three times in a row to trigger Windows Recovery Environment.Once you're in, go to Advanced Options > Startup Repair. If that doesn’t work, try a full reset again, but this time unplug any external drives and disconnect from the internet before starting. If nothing helps, you’ll need to do a clean install using a bootable USB. You can create one using the Media Creation Tool from here.Hope this helps!Sincerely,Walter White | Microsoft Community Moderator
