Hi All,

We are using Veeam 8.0.0.2467 management pack for monitoring VMware servers in SCOM 2012 R2 environment.
In VEEAM Enterprise Dashboard, VEEAM Collector servers are using their MGMT interfaces instead of their BYOIP interfaces for network communications. This is happening after installing the Microsoft patch every month for these servers.

In order to set it right, We are disabling the MGMT interfaces on the three VEEAM Collector servers and rebooting the servers and then we will verify in the VEEAM Enterprise Dashboard ,then we can see the all the collector server name with correct domain name.

After that we are enabling the MGMT interfaces which is used for the backup and other purposes.

where as Domain name for these collector servers are remains same in the SCOM console all the time under the Veeam collector Folder->Veeam collectors view.

How can we solve this problem.

Regards,
Ravi Shankar
