how did i get 3 profiles with same email how can i start over with one account and fixtask bar

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

Do those 3 different profiles have data in it? Let's try to check.

Press Windows key + E, this opens windows explorer
Click This PC and open the C: drive
Click Users
Do all of those 3 different profiles have individual user folders? Do they contain documents?

If you don't need the other profiles and they are empty, you can delete them. Here's how:
