Game app Stratego

Question

Stratego is a non microsoft, no x box game. Game loads ok but after signing in I get the lobby only and  no connection with other players with error displays "no connection with host". sometimes logging out and back has worked, but now not at all. Customer support says it is my connection.

It would be better to direct your question to the approriate channel of support. You can post your query to Stratego's forum: http://forum.stratego.com/ you can also ask other player's of the game that might be experiencing the same issue.

If their support tell you that it has something to with your internet connection, make sure that your internet connection is stable otherwise contact your internet service provider (ISP). You can also review this link to fix network connections issues:
