Launching Microsoft Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
We have Microsoft Edge installed on our Windows Server VMs (Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019). On a regular (non-terminalserver) install of Windows Server, you can connect two separate sessions of RDP to the server.
Now when two RDP sessions are established to a server with the same user and one has Edge open, the other session cannot open Edge at all. Clicking the icon does nothing. The session with Edge open has to close down Edge completely or logoff so that the other session can open Edge. Why?

Thank you, I posted my question there.
I believe that your question will be better resolved if it is posted in a more suitable location such as the new Microsoft Q&A forum that is replacing the old TechNet. As it is a question aimed at infrastructure administrators that have more knowledge about the Microsoft enterprise technologies and the server line of products, I believe that you will get better results there, since this forum here is intended for home Windows users.
