I found if I delete Edge and use any other browser, the problem goes away.
I have this happening also, happens as soon as Edge opens, It is captured by Bit Defender. has been poping up for days
Says
msedge.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an untrusted certificate to api.edgeoffer.microsoft.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since untrusted certificates are issued by unrecognized Certificate Authorities
Continues to pop up every copule of minutes.
The message comes up from Bit Defender every time I open Edge because of a certificate issue.
