Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums

We understand your concern as you are unable to access the URL, which you have posted. We checked this URL on our lab machines on multiple browser and all of them gave us access denied. When we just took the first part of the URL “https://slu.csod.com” it redirected us to the login page of BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS of AMERICA. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

  • What is the Windows 10 Version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
  • What is the Edge version installed on the PC?
  • Are you aware of any recent changes on the PC prior to this issue?
  • Which Website are you trying to access with this URL?
  • What happens when you try to access the URL, any error message?
  • Did you check this URL on a different browser?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these methods and check.

Method 1: Clear browsing history and cached data

Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix page display problems.

If you can open Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more > History > Clear browsing data. Select All timeunder Time range; select Browsing history and Cached images and files, and then select Clear now.

Method 2: Clear all browsing data

Select Settings and more > History > Clear browsing data. Select All time under Time Range; select all boxes, and then select Clear now.

Method 3: Reset Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner.
  3. Select Settings from the drop down and click on Reset settings
  4. Select Restore settings to their default values
  5. Relaunch Edge and check

**Disclaimer:**This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. You favorites, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.

Regards,

Aditya Roy
