Hi Epic. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, specializing in Installation, Performance, Troubleshooting and Activation, here to help you.
Have you tried adjusting Zoom in Edge, easiest done by clicking on the page to get it's attention, then holding Ctrl key while rolling the mouse wheel slowly forward or back (or tapping the + or - key)?
If that doesn't help then even though you shouldn't have to do so, you can try adjusting Screen Resolution or Scaling in Settings > System > Display to see if it becomes normal looking without much other disruption.
If not then I'd give feedback to the Extension author which should be on it's download page. If you want to report this to Edge Developers you can choose the Edge Hub (three dots to right of URL address bar) then Help & Feedback, then Feedback form to fill out. They will not even see it here, as this is a tech forums where mostly volunteers try to help others with their problems.
There is also an Edge Insider forums here where more enthusiasts may see it and comment:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsof... where they may be interested in this, and which the developers sometimes monitor.
Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
