Not earning Microsoft points

Question

I've logged into my Microsoft account on Microsoft Edge but I'm not earning any points for searches. I have 180 points in total but that's just from the trivia and quizzes. The credit counter in the top right also isn't showing up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Just a few reminder before accessing the site: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
