For the past six months, this problem has been present. I've seen many reports, but none of them have been resolved. I've been unable to text using the minimized Messenger window for a very long time due to this "no Internet connection error." I have no issues with my Internet, and I can still text without any problems in another browser.

I understand this only happens on a specific website. To troubleshoot, you can start by clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and site data.
