That's an awful lot of words just to say, "I do not know what the problem is." This seems to be happening to many people, so the browser/computer is not the issue.

Nobody here will be able to tell you when the MSN engineers will fix this issue....

A possible workaround was mentioned by another user here: Thread "How do I get rid of new Microsoft encrypted messages that now appear on my screen when I open the Edge MSN news feed?" page 1: Patrick McCleary's reply on February 12, 2023

"You are wrong, you can completely see the reply by clicking on the little blue circle in the left-hand corner it will bring you to your Microsoft page and you can see what somebody actually replied. It's a glitch in the system that Microsoft is working on if you would google it and do some research you would know that!"

And clearing your browser's cache might help sometimes...

Hello, I’m Virginia, a fellow user like yourself.

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems.

Is the problem with a specific website or every website?

    Have you tried resetting Edge?

You should backup your favourites then close Edge either by clicking on the X, by ctrl, alt del & then open task manager & find Edge/other browser entry & click on this & choose end task.

Then open Edge & it will offer to start afresh, you can then clean the browser’s cache, cookies & history.

If this isn’t enough you can reset Edge by Right-click on the Start button in the lower-left corner and select “Apps and Features “.

Scroll through the list until you find “Microsoft Edge”, click it, and then click on the “Advanced options” link.

Next, click on the “Reset” button.
