Managing profiles, sync settings, and sign-in options in Edge on macOS

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I've done something recently and I cannot get the authenticator app to autofill for the Amex Canada app. It used to auto fill username and password but it no longer prompts me. Authenticator is setup as my default autofill service , and works with all other (android) apps and sites in edge (including the Canadian Amex site).
I've tried to reinstall the app to no avail.

I'm having the exact same issue with the amex canada app....
No. There is no prompt to save password after I delete the passwords from the Authenticator app.
Hi
Thanks for your reply.
If you remove and re-add the password of amex app in Authenticator for Android, does the problem disappear?
Amex says they haven't disabled anything but, being quite a technical issue is going to raise internally.
I'll ask around to see if anyone else has this setup and issue.
Presumably, there is no way I've accidentally disabled authenticator for this one app (is this even possible)?
Already tried updating app.
Hi
Welcome to Microsoft community.
I'm glad to help you.
If only a few specific programs can't autofill passwords, it could be a software compatibility issue. You can try the following suggestions first.
If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
