It's a script error in Dev version so it's most likely a developer's bug. Please report this bug to Edge Developers in the Edge Hub (three dots to right of URL address bar) then Help & Feedback, then Feedback form to fill out. They may not even see it here.

There are some fixes for Edge scripting bugs you could try here:

    https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-fix-script-erro...

https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-an-error-has-occ... (Avoid ad links which intrude into editorial copy, especially DO NOT INSTALL Restoro, PC Repair Tool and Reimage ads)

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back, I will have other suggestions if necessary.
