Microsoft edge typing issue

Question

Why does Microsoft Edge change typing from upper case to lower case automatically, and how do you make it stop? I am trying to type with caps for a reason and Edge keeps changing it to lowercase, even with caps lock non. Honestly, really annoying.

Many people have reported the same problem, it seems to be a bug in version 90 of Edge, we have reported this to the Edge development team and they are looking into it . . .

For now, there is nothing you can do, we just need to wait on the Dev team to resolve this and also, web searches are not case 0sensitive, so your searching will not be affected until they get this sorted out . . .

I made some research, and it seems to be a known bug. Probably this will be fixed on next updates of MS Edge.

Anyways, when you type a website URL or a search term on the address bar the browser won't differentiate between capital and lowercase letters. The result will always be the same.

Where exactly are you typing when the problem happens? (example.: address bar, website form, etc)

When you type uppercase characters, does it appear in upper case and then changes to lower case or immediately appears as lower case?
