We are migrating from Win7 to Win10. Our application requires a user account that only opens to a specific webapp. No issues with this in Win7 using IE. Win10 using Edge, we cannot get it locked down. We need to be able to completely restrict any and all use of the machine and especially access to the internet. Only use of this webapp is allowed. Group Policy and Registry are not providing the needed tools. More specifically, we need to do away with the menu that appears when you tap the top left corner of Edge. Any suggestions?

You can evaluate the method to go back to Internet Explorer from Microsoft Edge.
In this way the sites will be opened in IE except when a site isn't compatible with IE, then the site will be opened in Edge, see:
