Edge SSO does not work

Hello,

I am running latest version of Edge.  I have a SAP BI HTTPS site that uses SSO using local domain creds.  I entered registry key (AuthNegotiateDelegateAllowlist) on client machines A and B.  Strange issue is, SSO using both Edge and IE works on A but both do not on B.

  • A and B are in same OU - same GPO applied
  • A and B have same Win 10 OS, same browser version, same Windows patches

A is a VDI virtual machine, and B is a physical laptop and they are on different subnets.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot the issue?  Could it be network issue?  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Good day phathuynh27! I am Independent Advisor Paul R. and also a Microsoft/Windows user like you and I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are having an issue where 1 machine has SSO working and the other machine is not working.

Have you tried the laptop that is having an issue on the same subnet (where it is working) and see how it goes?

Have you tried checking with the network team if there could be a policy that is applied on the network that might be blocking that subnet?

As you are also dealing with GPO and a corporate/work environment, I would also suggest to post this query to our neighbor forum from the link below. They are more oriented on with regards to this type queries/issues and there will be IT Pros/System Admins/Server Admins/AD Admins who are available that will be able to fulfill your query as we are more of home/personal consumer based forum.
