New Edge not working, Error code: STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH

I Upgrade the old edge to New edge last week , but it doesn't work , it shows :

"This page is having  a problem "Error code: STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_HASH

no matter what pages that I open. even the setting page, I‘ve reinstalled the app and restarted my laptop several times .

My system info : window 10 pro 18363.900
